Mrs. Angela Steis (nee Spingola)

September 17, 1936 - September 4, 2020

It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing at the Extendicare Nursing Home in Haileybury on Friday September 4th, 2020 at the age of 83 years. She was the Beloved wife of the late Barry Steis (2015). Cherished mother of Todd (Andrea Burdick) Steis of New Liskeard and of the Late Mark Steis. She will be forever remembered by her grandchildren Corey Steis, Colin Steis and Emily Steis of New Liskeard. She was the sister of Francis (late Margaret) Spingola, Edward (Sharon) Spingola and late Elena Spingola, sister-in-law of Linda James (late Ron Steis).

She was also predeceased by her father Joseph Spingola and her mother Lucia Yannuzzi.

Her family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Don Davies and all the staff at the Tri Town Extendicare Nursing Home for the excellent care provided to Mrs. Steis.

The Funeral Mass will be held at St-Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in Iroquois Falls on Tuesday October 13th, 2020 at 11 am. The reception will follow from 12:30 to 2 pm at The Station Hall in Iroquois Falls. ***COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE***
