Darleen Shirley McLean
April 26, 1958 - February 25, 2023
It is with heavy hearts, the family announces Darleen’s passing at the Anson General Hospital on February 25, 2023 at the age of 64.
She is survived by her sister Judy McMillan, brothers, Randy McLean (Connie), William McLean, Ken McLean (Helen), her beloved stepdaughter Tammy Michaud (Dave Dyment). Step- granddaughters Tiana Desrochers, Elly Mae Desrochers and step-great-granddaughter Amelie Latour. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, kissin’ cousins and her nearest and dearest friends who were always there for her: Bob, Joanne, Mimi, Eddy and Adele, Larry and Mary, Gilles, Phil and his siblings. Darleen was predeceased by her parents June and Robert McLean, and the love of her life Keith Card.
Over the years, she enjoyed crafts, cooking, baking beautifully decorated cakes for those who were special to her. She loved playing darts with friends. One of her biggest pleasures was camping where she enjoyed feeding the little chipmunks and watching the stars while sitting around the campfire.
At the request of Darleen, there will be no funeral service, we will hold her in our hearts our own way.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Chiang and the wonderful nursing and support staff of Anson General Hospital.
