Passed away suddenly on Thursday July 22nd, 2021 in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec at the age of 59. Predeceased on May 1st, 2021 by her soulmate & loving Husband Richard Cormier. Loving mother of Angèle Mackenzie (Murray), Mandi McNeil (Terry) Joey Cormier, Stephanie-Rae Gravel (Philippe). Loving grandmother to Caleb, Camden, Aislyn, Cole, Bryson, Liam, Kinsley, Alyssa, Landyn, Mia. Beloved daughter to Roger Bastien (Jeannine) predeceased by her mother Madeleine Hurtubise & brother Daniel Bastien. Loving sister of Linda Bastien, Mike Bastien, Anne Bastien, JP Hurtubise (Natalie) Anne Riendeau (Denis) Albert Hurtubise (Lisa) Suzanne Guindon (Wayne) Richard Hurtubise (Georgina). Fur mom to Zackary, Maggie, Pixie, Fluffy, Oreo.

As I sit in Heaven and watch you everyday. 

I try and let you know with signs, I never went away. 

I hear you when you're laughing, and I watch you as you sleep,

I even place my arms around you, to calm you as you weep.

I see you wish the days away, begging to have me home,

So I try and send you signs, so you know you're not alone.

Don't feel guilty that you have life. 

Life that was denied to me,

Heaven is truly beautiful, just you wait and see! 

So live your life, laugh again, enjoy yourself, be free. 

Then I'll know with each breath you take, you'll be taking one for me.

Gone to be with the ones I loved, while I wait for those I love.
