It is with heavy hearts we announce her passing in Cochrane on Sunday June 4th, 2023, at the age of 41. She will be deeply missed by her children Melinah Rickard, Silas Courriere and Joshua Gelinas, father Victor (Brenda) Rickard, mother Verna Sack and her siblings Martin (Leesa), Jessica, Carrie, Katrina, Kurt and Courtney and Grandmother Lizzie Rickard. She also leaves many cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents Oliver Rickard, George and Grace Sack.

Sylvina will be departing for her final journey back home to Moose Factory on the Polar Bear Express Train on Friday June 9th, 2023 at 9 am. Funeral Ceremonies and interment will take place in Moose Factory.
