The family of Yves Carrière announces his sudden passing in Espanola, Ontario on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the age of 61. He was the son of Eleana Carrière (nee Quevillon) and the late Jean Carrière. Yves was a long-time employee of the pulp and paper mill. He was an avid golfer and a huge fan of the Montreal Canadians (The Habs). Yves was a very friendly person and made friends very easily as he talked to everyone. He was known for his sharp wit, humour and sarcasm and loved to share his wisdom. He enjoyed spending time with his children and to be surrounded with his family. He spoke of his children highly and was very proud of them. He will certainly be missed by all who knew him.
The family has requested a private wake and private funeral mass.
